Wouldn't you be better off setting the list as "Review" for new
subscribers? thus copies of what they post comes to you as editor and
you ncan approve them using the OK mechanism. After you have seen
that the subsdriber is reliable, say after three or four serious
postings,then you can do a "set list noreview for joe schlunk" and
the subscriber can post without problems.
