At last, our server has been upgraded to:
LISTSERV(R) High Performance for unix version 16.0, managed by:
Alias file version: 2016-03-12 10:24:29
Running under: Linux 2.6.32-573.18.1.el6.x86_64
Runmode: Standalone
Build date: 13 May 2014
I vaguely recall seeing some LSTOWN-L discussion that this version has solved the DMARC issue with AOL/Yahoo subscribers. Is this true? I searched the LSTOWN-L archive but didn't find anything relevant.
I dealt with the issue by
(1) asking all members to switch to a different email provider, especially if they intend to post.
(2) declining to accept new members with AOL or Yahoo addresses.
Now that we've upgraded, can I relax those restrictions?
Thanks in advance!
