Wow! All I had in mind was SMTP, not FTP, since LISTSERV already does a
nifty job of sending mail. If my LISTSERV, which is on this network and on
the Internet "knows" that LISTSERV@PODUNK is exactly equivalent to
[log in to unmask], why not send to the latter? Or am I being
incredibly naive?
