Lists can be set for 'self-moderation'.
* Send= Editor (or = Editor,Hold)
* Editor= person@address, (listname)
In this case, the first named editor must be a real persons address, but
the (listname) makes all subscribers as editors as well, so they may post.
This setup is used with lists also gatewayed to newsgroups (whose readers/
posters are not all subscribers). This allows all subscribers to post
freely, but forces all non-subscriber mail to be reviewed and approved by
someone (the named editor) before posting is allowed.
However, you cannot set * Moderator= xxxx, (listname) as the (listname)
shortcut (referring to all subscribers) is not accepted for Moderator= .
