BEFORE you do so, consider the impact on:

1) WELCOME, FAREWELL, mail templates, URLs, search engines, academic publications that reference, etc.

2) subscribers' email filters

3) duplication of list name space e.g., you might have a list called FINAID, and that might be the only list named that, BUT I co-own a list called FINAID-L. Might be confusing if you were to proceed with that rename.
