The standard Unix syslog only logs down to the second level.  I'm finding this
to be possibly a problem with generating truly accurate statistics, as a
large portion (60-70%) of our Listserv server's mail is out the door in
under 4 seconds according to 'sf90m'.  At that point, the fact that my
starting numbers have essentially one significant digit becomes an issue.
