Basically, you can't, with any certainty, and retain a semblance of
freedom on the list.  When subscribers use "brain-dead" mail sytems
it is up to the listowner to deal with it.  If the mail systems of
your subscribers don't understand how to do undeliverable list posting
items (to the owner-listname address, please, it's in the header),
or their ooofbots sent the stuff who knows where, well, that's what
listowners are for.   Douglas
