Send a test message to all the compuspend addresses that correspond to the type of bounce (or if only one of them is on that type of setting, thats the one). Make the text of the message something along the lines of: "Ignore this message. I am just trying to locate a compuserve address that is bouncing with no clear indication of what the original userid is."
