LISTSERV and LSMTP are seperate pieces of software, so LISTSERV
doesn't enter into things here.

If you move files in or out of LSMTP's spool directories you need to
restart LSMTP.  I mostly wouldn't bother; mail to the destinations
will time out and bounce after four days (by default) anyway, and the
bad mail in the spool shouldn't have a noticable effect on LSMTP's
handling of other mail.
