I do not think you are serious. Are you really serious you want to fold your
hands because you think people are going "to start stabbing each other"?
Olur, one way or the other Acholi people are going to deal with this issue.
Don't you think the problems at home are even more serious than this one?
Are Acholi people going to say they do not want to deal with the problems at
home because people are going to start stabbing each other? No, Acholi
people can never say that. That is why they are trying to solve the
problems. There is no way a people can decide not to deal with a problem
that affects them.

And there is even no better way to solve such a problem, than create an
atmosphere conducive for the stabbers to get on to their business of doing
so. That is when dictatorship of the people comes in. Remember there is no
legitimate dictator except the people; for what is important to a people is
what dictate the direction of individuals. Therefore, lets not fold our
hands, but get on with the business of dealing with the issue; a condition
favourable for stabbing one another.
