Is there any interest in providing for more than 23 topics?
I use all 23 topics, but really need 25. Each is like a separate list.
Actually, my list has now evolved from a forum to a
newsletter-symposium distribution list and participants turn off the
topics they do not want. Since it is distribution participants are not
concerned about setting their own topics and it is all done centrally.

Why is 23 the magic number? Why not 25 or 28 or 30?
