We're using the Trend stuff on our Mirapoints, and took the *opposite*
direction on this.

We scan mail *INBOUND* to listserv.vt.edu, and do *NOT* scan outboud (since
all postings got scanned on the way in.  This also makes the Mirapoints
happy, because they only have to scan ONE inbound piece of mail rather
than 4,598 copies going out. ;)

This is even nicer on 'GET' commands - as the Mirapoints only have to
scan one line.

The downside is that when you initially set it up, you need to find a
way to scan the *existing* Listserv notebooks for viruses, specifically
so a 'GET' command doesn't send out a virus that isn't scanned for....
