You don't mention what tools you have available. For example, with MS Outlook/Exchange and MS Access, I would Set up an Outlook rule to move the Listserv responses to a special folder * Send a Review job to list all users in all lists * Export the special folder response messages to a CSV text file Create an Access table with unique key * Import the CSV file into the Access table (ignore warning about duplicate keys) The import operation will eliminate duplicates.
