I have a subscriber claiming she did not receive the last broadcast e-mail
from our announcement list.  We did not receive a bounce on her address.

Her settings are the same as all other subscribers and I set her up on a
test list with the same configuration and sent her a test, which she got.

Is there any way to verify that e-mails are actually getting through?
