Usually what I do is move them out of the queue. Since I'm on Solaris 7, I just move them from /var/spool/listserv to /var/spool/listserv.oops and then free the list. That way I can check them later for viruses, spam, etc. Otherwise just delete xxxx-listname.jobh from the queue and that'll do it.
