Rex, > I've settled on autonag scripts Would you mind sharing that script? Subscribers not trimming prior text has got to be my touchiest hot button. It drives me crazy. I periodically rant at the most egregious offenders and sometimes consider setting their subscriptions to review, though I have never done it. The subscribers (or a loved one) have a terminal illness, so I try to keep it in perspective.
