Russ, We have a couple of Vets, and one top researcher in canine health issues, who post their views from time to time. Should someone take something out of context, then post or publish the information outside of the list, it could create problems for the original author, who's advice could lead to serious injury or death to a dog. (Ask the other dog lists, and you'll find some of our "pets" can easily reach into the tens of thousands of dollars.) So, it's an issue that we, from an Admin viewpoint, caution about on our website (http://list.poodlelover.com) but find ourselves incapable of doing much more. So far, there have been the occasional threats, but nobody has taken anyone to court yet. I don't mean the category, I mean what redress would you be looking for? (And I don't mean to ask only David here; this is just an example.)"
