My personal favorite is when someone is unable to unsubscribe from my list, when in fact they are not subscribed to it (nor actually receiving distributions from it), but another list (on another host) though perhaps topically related, and is not linked to our list in any way i.e., not a sub-list, subscription, etc. Not until the user provides a copy of the mail from that other list is that readily apparent that they need to talk with some other MLM or list-owner. /Pete
