In 1.8d sometimes the message will show up as HTML, and sometimes with
all the embedded codes right out there for everyone to see. I believe
a rejection template was a request for future versions.

Speaking of rejections -- I just had an experience where I approved a
post, and received the confirmation, but it never went out or showed
up in the archives. Finally I copied and pasted it from the approval
message, and sent it myself. At which point it was rejected for
exceeding the set number of lines. I counted the lines and apparently
the "approved by" line inserted by the listserv was what pushed it
over. I don't know if the rejection was sent to the original poster,
but I had no idea what had happened until I tried to send the post
myself.
