We're moving to a new server for Listserv, and we're changing domain
names. Currently the listserv is listserv.panam.edu and after the move
to the new hardware it will become listserv.utpa.edu.

What DNS changes need to be made? Will people who persist in using the
old address be able to post on the new server?
