I'm not sure why you have timestamp DATETIME YEAR TO FRACTION because I can't even find that in the MySQL documentation -- can you give me a pointer? I didn't have any trouble with simply "timestamp DATETIME". Otherwise my changelog table is identical to yours and LISTSERV is not having any trouble with it.
