We use Hyperion Brio as our standard reporting tool, and I am trying to distribute an .XLS file via a listserv list. I send a copy directly to the recipient and one through the list. The one directly sent is usable; the one going through the list is not. The attachment appears as part of the text message. Here is an example; any ideas? ---------------------------------- To: [log in to unmask] X-BrioMailMessageId: <[log in to unmask]> MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="The_boundary_for_mail" X-Scanner: InterScan AntiVirus for Sendmail X-Virus-Scanned: by amavisd-new --The_boundary_for_mail Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit --The_boundary_for_mail Content-Type: application/octet-stream; NAME="sis_projects-Job--1ZXacHl9-Cycle-20060306.xls" Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="sis_projects-Job--1ZXacHl9-Cycle-20060306.xls" CQAEAAcAEAAiAAIAAAAxAAoAyAAAAAVBcmlhbB8AAgABAB4ACAAHRGVmYXVsdB4ABQAE IyMjMB4ACwAKIywjIzAuIyMjIx4ACQAIZGQvbW0veXkeAA8ADmRkL21tL3l5IEhIOk1N HgAEAANtbW0eAAYABUhIOk1NHgAIAAcjIyMwLjAwHgAGAAUrIyMjMB4ACQAIKyMjIzAu <cut here> -- Syracuse University Listserv List Manager -- Listserv webpage: http://listserv.syr.edu -- Web access to List Archives, Manuals, and List Management for Owners.
