Thanks Douglas.  All new subscribers are automatically on  review.  I've been 
telling newbies whose first posts have advertising  footers to either turn 
them off or use another ISP.  I'm willing to take  the time to edit but it seems 
like a pain if there is another automatic listserv  way.
