I found the variable inside the confirm response message template
CONFIRM1. I am already using the Confirm-Delay keyword, but the EXPIRE
variable was still returning 48.

I don't remember which template uses the EXPIRE variable, but I think 
maybe you want the Confirm-Delay= keyword?
