At the University of Notre Dame, enterprise-wide email services, including the mailing list service, are managed by the Messaging Services Team in the Core Services Group in the Operations and Engineering Division of the Office of Information Technologies. 2. It works well, primarily because both of the individuals assigned to the Messaging Services team have several years of experience managing email and LISTSERV services. 3. At its core, LISTSERV is and always has been an email-based service.
