You are a wise man. } Thanks for the tip, I'll try to remember it. I don't think the web } interface is used much here. I am old fashioned, I like the email interface and mostly use it. Most newer users seem to prefer the point-and-click of the web interface. I have used it a few times and it does seem to work (mostly). One thing in the web interface that seems to be a bit flakey is confirming things like change of address. Here is a bit from my "How to change your email address" boilerplate: NOTE: The confirmation email gives you a choice of replying to it with OK in the message body or clicking on a link. Forget the link, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Just reply to the confirmation request, making sure that the "From:" field is the same as the confirmation request is addressed to, clear the body of the message, and put in "OK" (without the quotes) and nothing else. If your mailer inserts a signature, put a few blank lines after the OK to make sure its seperated from the signature.
