I don't know. This is the deletion message that I got with the midnight processing and she was indeed dis-enrolled. I was able to re-join her. However, we don't know who rejected the message. She said she didn't send one so that leads me to believe that Lsoft sent a message to her and her machine rejected it as spam or a virus. Lsoft then dropped because of the returned message. However, that doesn't wash because her account was set to NORENEW because she had some previous problems.
