I presume you could use the list-owner web interface for the REPORT (summary) feature to have it calculate the # of posts w/i a timeframe. Sending a command to LISTSERV INDEX name_of_list will generate a list of the archive's filenames and their byte-count. You may need to copy/paste into a spreadsheet if you don't want to add the filesizes. * * Archive files for the listname list at LISTS.PSU.EDU * (monthly logs) * * filename filetype GET PUT size (bytes) date time * -------- -------- --- --- ------------ ---------- -------- listname LOG1012 LOG OWN 322,522 2010-12-30 17:31:21 listname LOG1101 LOG OWN 428,529 2011-01-31 21:21:44 listname LOG1102 LOG OWN 258,174 2011-02-28 17:21:14 listname LOG1103 LOG OWN 489,691 2011-03-31 12:45:38 listname LOG1104 LOG OWN 229,495 2011-04-28 11:19:39 * * Change logs for the listname list at LISTS.PSU.EDU * * filename filetype GET PUT size (bytes) date time * -------- -------- --- --- ------------ ---------- -------- listname CHANGELOG OWN OWN 537,229 2011-04-28 11:19:39 /Pete On 4/28/2011 11:53, SUBSCRIBE LSTOWN-L Al Flynn wrote: > Does anybody know how I would go about getting a report for the # of emails for a list in a calendar year as well as the size of the email which that list used in the same time frame? ############################ To unsubscribe from the LSTOWN-L list: write to: mailto:[log in to unmask] or click the following link: http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa.exe?SUBED1=LSTOWN-L&A=1
