Something like the following should work:

$ gcc -o lsv -m32 -lldap -llber -L/your/oracle/libdr -lclntsh lsv.o nocli.o

where /your/oracle/libdir is the directory containing the OCI libraries.
If that compile works, then you would also want to add (and export)
$ORACLE_HOME and $LD_LIBRARY_PATH to go.user so you don't get symbol
problems on startup.
