Hello, It turned out Polisci-undergrads had 'Verify= Yes' (while Geog-undergrads didn't). I sent the script to create list with 'Verify= No', added 2,000+ subscribers, and changed it to 'Verify= Yes' after sleep for 20 seconds. Thank for all your help and suggestions. Happy Holiday!
