Matthew,

At the moment, what you want to do is not possible with DQL recipients, because there is nowhere for LISTSERV to store a REPRO option flag and because it was decided not to propagate "Default-Options=" to sub-lists. Before DQL, there was simply no need to do that as every recipient would necessarily have a regular subscription record with a set of personal option flags, which trump any default options. Now that we have DQL, though, this is the only way to provide the REPRO functionality to DQL posters (other than asking them to subscribe to the list as regular recipients, which would allow them to set the REPRO option). So we have added "Default-Options=" propagation in 16.5. Other DQL-related enhancements include the ability to use DQL for moderation and a troubleshooting command to execute a query and enumerate the results.

25 Jul 2012 12:53:58 From LISTSERV@xxxx: debug query(q2,'aol.com')

* The query was successful and returned the following row:

*

*   [log in to unmask] Some One

*

* Query returned one row.

Feel free to let us know if you have any other DQL-related wishes for 16.5.

  Eric
