Rob,

You might use iptables if your Listserv is running Unix/Linux.

Subject: can I restrict what addresses the server will listen to?

We are installing a new Listserv and the new server will reside behind our spam filters (and is working well.)  I understand that I can restrict access to the server with firewalls and such, but is there a command I can use to tell the listserv to only accept connections on port 25 from a specific list of IP addresses?  I will use a non standard port for communication between the spam filters and the listserv if I have to and it is the only option, but I would rather not.
