How long is > the turnaround time? It should come back very quickly. Time to start looking through the logs. Start with the logs of the system where you sent the message. Confirm that it was transferred (there may be a few intermediate hops) to the Listserv server. Then check the logs on listserv. This is pretty much the standard procedure for tracking any mail delivery failure. Start at the sending point and move forward until you find the break. You did follow all the directions in the installation documentation, right? You might consider paying for support. LSoft offers educational discounts and the few times (the product just works for us!) I needed to contact them, they were excellent.
