I am having trouble with a bottom banner. We appear to be running Listserv 1.8c.

 

My bottom banner does show up but all the lines are run together. The first line in the template is .fo off because I couldn’t find anything less blunt. Still even blank lines are run together as a single blank character. I’d love to have a .br or something just to cause a break for readability.

 

Am I missing something?
