The one that you show is the standard list-owner ADD that can be
stacked in one LISTSERV(R) command email stream.
You probably would want to make it a JOB by prepending a line of
text:
// JOB PW=your_listserv_password
There is also a more advanced format that is sometimes is called
JECL which needs a wrapper. Check the list-owners' manual for
precise syntax.
