Here’s what happens: Posts from DMARC enabled ISPs (Yahoo, SBCGlobal, AT&T, Comcast, Rogers…) will be delivered to non-DMARC enabled ISP users. Posts from DMARC enabled ISPs will NOT be delivered to other DMARC enabled ISP users. Posts from NON-DMARC enabled ISPs WILL be delivered to DMARC enabled ISP users. Posts from DMARC enabled ISPs WILL be delivered to NON-DMARC enabled users.
