The “OK” process, per se, can only be broken via brute force. Even if your server were manufactured in 2036, I think you would have noticed the unusual log size if there had been billions of failed attempts within a few seconds J

 

Bugs have been logged against the moderation code in the past. What is your build date?

 

Otherwise just turn on the KEEP_JOBFILES debug flag and wait until the fish bites the hook.

Well, no, because 1. I deleted the two other moderators one at a time, and after each deletion spam still got through; 2. When I was the only moderator left,  spam got “approved” in my name which I certainly didn’t approve.

So one of your editors/moderators OKs the post/spam, Jay.  Which one?   I don't recall how to find that ... you may need help from your Listserv site administrator.   Once found, remove the authorization!
