What was your old version?  When we moved from 1.8d to 16 (2014b) many (most) of the old passwords were trashed and folks had to get new ones.  Since the colloquial expression for this is "change my password" they were drawn to the "change password" link, which was not what they wanted.  I took to adding a screen shot with the "get a new Listserv Password" link circled in red.

Then they had to go through "confirm" ...
