One question that needs to be answered up front is
who would have access to the archives after the move?
If only existing subscribers (even though the list is closed) then
you would need to figure out how to do access control.
If public, I think it would be easy to store the notebooks in
Google Drive:

OR maybe you could find a LISTSERV site willing to host the
notebooks (and closed subscriber list)?
