Our Customer Service Help Desk would like to monitor our list more efficiently in order to follow up with members who may have unanswered posts.

As a site owner, is there a way to generate a report that lists Posts with no replies?

Other methods or suggestions for monitoring the site for potential unanswered questions?
Depending upon the size of the SEARCH results, a simply eyeballing of them might suffice.  Otherwise, downloading into a spreadsheet and apply "appropriate' sort and searches.

Here's a quicky inelegant response:

Here's a search results of the "last" 30 days of LSTOWN-L.  B/C of original posters' MTA, some dates confuse the search:

> s * in lstown-l since today-30
-> 4 matches.

Item # Date Time From Subject

To order a copy of these postings, send the following command:

                 GETPOST LSTOWN-L 3129 22913 35678-35679

Better i.e., not as confused:

-> 2 matches.

To order a copy of these postings, send the following command:

                    GETPOST LSTOWN-L 35678-35679

Of course the timeframe for particular messages might need a wider window since a 30-day lookback might not capture the original messages.
