Obviously, it takes EVERY node having this mod, in RSCS, in JES, and in
other networking programs, for it to have real meaning.  JES partially
does this already.  It only accepts files FROM nodes it has heard of,
however it still does not verify they came from the right place.  What
is really needed is for BITNET to (by what means, SHARE?) try to get IBM
to incorporate such facilities into all their networking products, and
in the protocols themselves (so Jnet, etc, will have to play, too).
Once that happens, then we can start trusting the networking programs.
