Phil, do you ever listen to anything someone else says on this list?
 
The bug of displaying 'Invalid Parameter List.' is a bug that occurs
with on lists that have extended statistics and have users that have
nodeids longer than 8 characters, usually domains.  Note that both
in this case, and in the case of Mail-Via= Distribute, no statistics
are maintained.
