One of our users tried to forward a piece of mail to a list on
LISTSERV at OHSTVMA. LISTSERV returned the mail with the only
explanation that possible rejection mail was being returned to the
sender.

In another attempt to Forward a piece of mail, the user deleted the
various mail header records from the original mail that followed the
line -------Original message-----.

LISTSERV accepted the mail file with no problem.

Is there a problem or restriction in LISTSERV that prevents it from
accepting mail which has been forwarded and contains mail header
records within the body of the mail file?
