    Unless you've modified your system,  an attempt to "SPOOL PUNCH TO
<x>" will result in RC(53) "DMKCSP053E <x> NOT IN CP DIRECTORY" if <x>
has a password of  NOLOG.  RSCS uses the SPOOL command  to send a file
to the  user's virtual reader,  so in a  vanilla (or maybe  even fudge
swirl)  CP, the  list  userid must  exist  in the  CP  directory as  a
non-NOLOG.
