The UDD will be released in 1.6d,  I am now writing the documentation :-(
:-(, and it  doesn't have this problem  since it doesn't make  use of the
SIGNUP FILE at all. You need to register explicitly, or to get registered
by your NAD, in order for your entry to be available to other people.
