Some of the files sent from a list (CHINA-ND) at our node is producing bad Reply-To: field which is impossible for the receiver to reply to. I have included the header as follows: >Received: from Csa3.LBL.Gov by fionn.lbl.gov (4.1/1.39) > id AA09777; Thu, 12 Apr 90 07:00:27 PDT >Received: from UCBCMSA.BITNET by Lbl.Bitnet with BSMTP via BITNET ; > Thu, 12 Apr 90 06:58:10 PDT >Received: From UCBCMSA(MAILER) by LBL with Jnet id 6506 > for MAILER@LBL; Thu, 12 Apr 90 06:58 PST >Message-Id: <[log in to unmask]> >Received: by UCBCMSA (Mailer R2.04) id 9341; Thu, 12 Apr 90 06:57:49 PDT >Date: Wed, 11 Apr 90 22:06:06 -0700 >Reply-To: [log in to unmask] >Sender: [log in to unmask] >From: [log in to unmask] >Subject: NDUS-Visa, New Executive Order >To: [log in to unmask], [log in to unmask], [log in to unmask], > [log in to unmask], [log in to unmask] [log in to unmask] is the intended receiver. For some reason, Berkeley.EDU is appended to the sender which is [log in to unmask] The receiver said he gets this kind of header from a few other lists he is subscribed to, also. He could however reply to a mail that I sent him with the same address. Could anyone tell me what we can do to fix this? Christine Shih SHIH@KENTVM
