ALL  archives are  in  a database  (unless, of  course,  the LISTSERV  in
question is running a release pre-dating the introduction of the database
functions, which first  appeared version 1.5m - released 15  Dec 87). You
may not  be allowed  to access  this database,  but you  may also  not be
allowed to GET the corresponding files.
 
By the way, thanks to Manfred Bogen  I now have ALL the LSTSRV-L archives
on  SEARN,  including the  months  which  the  CEARN 3350's  had  quietly
disposed of.
