Since the part after the '@' sign is a valid NJE nodename, LISTSERV calls
a routine named LSVNADDR EXEC to decide, based on the local-part, whether
this  is really  an NJE  address  or not.  Unless you  have changed  this
routine,  a percent  sign in  the userid  triggers the  "non-NJE address"
return. I  have just  tried this address  on my server  and it  sent both
information mail and the file in question. The 'current' LSVNADDR EXEC is
dated 5-May-88 (last modified in 1.5o).
