Of course. There  are dozens of updates  to this file every  day, some of
which  get lost  on the  way and  may not  get resent  until the  monthly
checksum messages are sent. Even  without the possibility of loss, having
all the network synchronized on  updates coming from 272 possible sources
all  over the  world  would be  very unlikely.  What  would be  abnormal,
however, is  a host  with a  significantly different file  - it  could be
caused by someone accidentally erasing GLOBLIST FILE for instance.
