If you are subscribed to a list without the REPRO option, LISTSERV will avoid sending mail back to the address the message comes from. If this address is not in the list, LISTSERV will check for an address with the same username and an equivalent hostname. But if you are subscribed twice with equivalent addresses, one of them will get the message. Generally speaking, being subscribed twice makes no sense: it is a state which has to be supported as new mappings are entered every month in BITEARN NODES and subscriptions which used to be different become equivalent, but that doesn't mean it is a desirable thing to have for your subscriptions.
